The LeveLuk machine operates by processing two types of water at a fixed ratio, producing Kangen Water® only when this balance is maintained.

If the discharge hose is bent or if the stand is positioned higher than the bottom tip of the flexible pipe, acidic water will not be produced correctly.

This imbalance may also lead to a loss of Kangen Water® when the hose is stretched below the sink to collect water in a separate container.

To avoid this issue, avoid pulling the spout stand all the way to the bottom.

Instead, use a separate hose to collect water in the container.

Additionally, make it a daily habit to check the water's pH level and hydrogen bubbles using the pH testing solution to ensure proper operation and water quality.

The LeveLuk appliance features a square reset switch located under the black cover on the front-left of the machine.

When setting up the LeveLuk for the first time or replacing the filter, be sure to press this button until it beeps.

This action allows the monitor (LCD screen) to correctly display the information stored in the LeveLuk’s microcomputer.

The reset button is essential for proper operation, as it:
- Displays notifications for too much or too little water flow.
- Sets off an alarm if heated water accidentally passes through the system.
- Alerts you to monitor water flow.

By using the reset switch correctly, you ensure the LeveLuk operates efficiently, providing safe and healthy water for your needs.

The electrode plates in LeveLuk's electrolysis cell are designed to be thicker and larger than those in competing products.

This unique design increases electrolysis capacity, enhances durability, and ensures the production of maximum volumes of water.

The plates are crafted from high-quality titanium coated with platinum, making them completely rustproof and built to last.

The electrolysis cell is the heart of the appliance, much like an engine generator in a car.

Paired with a sophisticated control PCB (Printed Circuit Board), this system guarantees a high ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential), producing safe, healthy, and great-tasting water.

The ORP range, between -150mV and -400mV, helps combat oxidation, contributing to the water’s antioxidant properties.

Small amounts of minerals, such as calcium and magnesium, are present in unpurified water like tap or sewage water.

During electrolysis, these minerals concentrate on the negative side of the circuit, leading to the formation of clusters that attach to the electrode plate.

While the LeveLuk machine can remove these clusters by reversing the voltage, they occasionally detach naturally and may stick to the bottom or sides of containers when water is poured into stainless steel or glass.

To remove these clusters:

Use vinegar or citric acid:
Pour vinegar (or a citric acid solution) into the container and let it sit for 12 to 15 hours. This will dissolve the clusters effectively. Avoid scraping them with metallic objects, as this may damage the container.

Reduce mineral buildup:
Run the machine in Beauty Water (acidic water) mode for 2–3 minutes to decrease the concentration of minerals.

These clusters are harmless if consumed, so there’s no need for concern.

However, it’s recommended to clean any containers used for Kangen Water® at least once every three months using this method to maintain cleanliness and prevent buildup.

Note:
Citric acid, a natural substance extracted from apples, is a safe and effective way to dissolve mineral clusters and clean water production appliances.

How the Cleaning System Works:
LeveLuk automatically reverses the electric current (switching the polarity) for 20 seconds after 15 minutes of continuous electrolysis.

This process dislodges mineral clusters from the electrode plates.

Manual Cleaning in High-Mineral Areas:

For areas with high mineral content in the water:

1. Switch the setting to Beauty Water (2nd from the bottom).
2. Run the tap gently to allow water to flow lightly.
3. Let the system operate for 2–3 minutes to reverse the electric current and remove mineral clusters.
4. Perform this step once a day for 30 seconds as an additional maintenance measure to keep the electrolysis cell clean.

Regular cleaning of the electrolysis cell maximizes its lifespan and ensures consistent production of safe, high-quality water. By maintaining this routine, you can extend the life of your LeveLuk and continue enjoying the benefits of Kangen Water®.

Minerals like calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium are beneficial for health in optimal amounts but require management to prevent excessive buildup in the appliance.

Before using the flexible pipe to pour water, it’s important to remove scales (mineral clusters) from the electrode plate by reversing the voltage - a process that switches the positive and negative electric currents.

This step is essential for producing proper acidic water and maintaining the performance of the appliance.

By regularly removing scales and running acidic water through the flexible pipe, even when acidic water isn’t needed, you can keep the electrode plate clean and improve its durability.

For convenience, the upper flexible pipe makes it easier to perform tasks such as washing your face or pouring water into bottles.

This notification system is controlled by the microcomputer, so it’s essential to press the reset switch after installing a new filter to activate the microcomputer.

The electrolysis of water demands high-quality plates, where the size, thickness, and number of plates play a critical role in ensuring durability and performance.

Some companies use the "double cross line" method, which alternates between two smaller electrolysis cells to extend durability.

However, this approach limits the volume of water produced at one time.

LeveLuk, in contrast, features five or seven electrolysis plates, the largest number in the industry.

These plates are designed with a large surface area and substantial thickness, enabling the production of large water volumes, up to 0.8–2.0 gallons per minute of Kangen Water®,while maintaining exceptional durability.

The appliance’s performance is carefully monitored by a microcomputer, which manages functions such as:

- Supplying appropriate voltage based on pH settings.
- Producing highly acidic water within the same electrolysis cell.

To further enhance durability, we recommend producing beauty water once a day for at least three minutes.

This practice helps maintain the appliance's longevity and ensures safe, efficient operation over the long term.

Note:
The double cross line method, also known as the auto cross changer method, alternates between two electrolysis cells but may sacrifice water production capacity in favor of durability.

LeveLuk eliminates this limitation with its advanced plate design and microcomputer-controlled functions.

LeveLuk features an automatic water-draining system designed to prevent contamination and the proliferation of germs in residual water.

This system activates automatically when the water flow stops, draining all water from the electrolysis cell, purification cartridge, and channels through the grey hose.

The process takes approximately 30 seconds to complete.

For proper operation, ensure the spout hose remains positioned lower than the base of the appliance before turning off the tap.

If the spout is elevated (e.g., due to pooling acidic water, or hanging the hose from a rack for convenience), the draining system may fail, leaving residue water behind.

Residual water can lead to issues with taste and smell over time.

By following this guideline, you ensure that all water is properly discharged, maintaining the appliance's performance and water quality.

When the original tap water contains high levels of minerals, such as those commonly found in well water, a significant buildup of crystals can occur in the electrolysis cell.

Over time, these crystals may form chunks that clog the net located before the flexible pipe, obstructing water flow.

To address this issue:

Clear the clog:
Use a piece of wire to carefully dislodge the crystals from the net.

Blow out the blockage:
Remove the flexible pipe and gently blow air into the K8 from the spout to help clear the obstruction.

Restricted water flow may also indicate that the machine requires a deep cleaning. Regular maintenance is essential to prevent such issues and ensure the appliance continues to operate efficiently.

During the electrolysis process, water is separated into Kangen Water® (alkaline), produced at the negative pole, and acidic water, produced at the positive pole.

The LeveLuk system is designed so that:

- The flexible pipe (attached at the top) is connected to the negative electrolysis cell, discharging Kangen Water® and Strong Kangen Water®.

- The discharge hose (gray, attached at the base) is connected to the positive electrolysis cell, discharging acidic water and Strong Acidic Water.

In Beauty Water mode, the electric current is reversed. This polarity switch causes acidic water to be discharged from the flexible pipe, while Kangen Water® comes out of the discharge hose.

This is the only mode in which the water flows are reversed.

This reversed polarity also helps break off calcium crystals attached to the negative pole, effectively functioning as a manual cleaning mode for the electrolysis cell.
